Signature Couple Guest Book | Jamison + Anna

ENJOY THIS SIGNATURE COUPLE GUEST BOOK CREATED FOR JAMISON AND ANNA’S BIG DAY.

Today’s illustration spotlight features the beautiful Signature Couple guest book created for Jamison and Anna.

Their story was so cute that we couldn’t resist sharing it!

Anna’s older brother Jared was an ambassador at Weber State University with Jamison’s sister Reagan. Reagan became friends with Anna, and not long before Jamison came home from his mission, Anna went through a breakup. Reagan kept telling her, “Don’t worry about it, I have a super fun brother coming home from a mission in a few months!”

Anna attended Jamison’s missionary homecoming with their group of friends and their first date was at Weber’s homecoming on October 11, 2019. They had so much fun together that first night and they were hooked on each other from that point on! They got married almost exactly a year to that date on October 10, 2020.

We knew that this fun-loving couple deserved something special, especially because their wedding was impacted by COVID-19. Their wedding was small and intimate, and they were soon after sealed in the Bountiful, Utah Temple on October 26th. While weddings may look a bit different these days, each occasion deserves a special touch.

A Signature Couple guest book will help the newly married Mr. and Mrs. Tidwell remember their loved ones and friends from the wedding day. If they have a reception later on, the guest book can be used there, too! There are so many beautiful things to remember about a wedding day besides the impact that COVID-19 had on the event, and a Signature Couple is a great to way to help remember them all!

My favorite details from this illustration are the intricate dress detailing and the delicate flowers. And instead of centering the illustration in the middle of the canvas, I grounded the design towards the bottom to give a wide-open space for signatures and messages above the couple’s heads. The original photo featured the couple standing on a stump, but the illustration gave us room to play with the design to have Jamison and Anna standing on their names instead. These fun little details customized this guest book specifically to them!
