7 Tools I Use in My Business
Today I’ll be sharing my seven favorite tools and resources to help my business run more smoothly and efficiently.
These are tools that I use every day!
Notion is a custom portal for my branding clients. There are no more lost emails or missing attachments for my clients to search for, and it's simple to see all of their feedback and thoughts on one organized system. It's also easy to see the entire set of project deliverables in one spot!
I use Planoly to plan and schedule my social media content, allowing me to share strategic content without requiring me to be on Instagram frequently throughout the day.
Dropbox is my organization hub for my team and all of my projects and files. It’s easy to create and organize my documents in one secure location my entire team can access as needed!
Another tool I use for planning content and managing my team is Trello. I can outline what blog posts will be scheduled and can track where each one is at in the creation cycle! I can also oversee graphic assistant tasks and my social media manager's work to know where all of their work is at any point, as well as total up their project work in one location.
InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are all used in my design work, from logos to print designs and everything in-between! I also love the Adobe cloud feature, allowing me to access projects across devices and programs.
Dubsado is my project organization hub where I store contracts, invoices, and organize my projects from start to finish. I can even send emails and reminders to my clients just as if I were sending an email through my email account, but the correspondence is tied directly to their projects. It's easy to see where all my client projects are at in their processes at any given time and stay very organized.
Procreate is the app I use to create illustrations. It allows me to add the most intricate of details and fine-tune design elements easily. This app has helped me to develop my own illustrating style to give something truly unique to each client.
Each of these tools helps create great experiences for my clients, stay organized, and communicate with my team members between all of the projects we do together.
