Sunshine Soda Brand Reveal
Today’s brand spotlight is the drink shop Sunshine Soda that is coming soon to Helena, Montana!
Drive thru soda shops are super popular in places like Utah and Arizona but are pretty new to the Montana demographic.
Think drive thru coffee huts but with flavored sodas and add-ins! There are a few in Billings, but I’m so excited to finally have one near me in Helena.
The owners of Sunshine Soda are sisters from Billings and they actually also own the Helena Crumbl location. Everyone needs a drink with their cookies, right? The sisters travel to Helena on a regular basis and always want a mixed soda when they’re here for work, so they decided to start their own soda shack!
The want to give a little fresh fizz to your day, which is great for moms running between kids’ activities or for anyone who just needs a tasty pick-me-up. Everyone in the family from kids to parents will love Sunshine Soda! Their mission statement is “We are a fun, fizzy place that brings family and freshness together.” What’s better than a cup of custom convenience? Oh, and caffeine.
I wanted their brand to be fresh, colorful, and fun but mature. I customized the script font to add some fun details, like the sun and carbonation, to make the look they were envisioning. The bold colors of teal, mixed with bright yellow, and green inspired by lemons and limes are vibrant and exciting without being overwhelming. Teal is psychologically connected with creativity, ideas, and refreshment. The blend of the playful color palette and the mellow details in the fonts create a balance of fun and relaxation.
